Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information RevSpinup ("RevSpinup," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you use our website, dashboard, and API (together, the "Service"), how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

• Account information — name, email address, organization, and authentication details when you sign up or log in.
• Usage data — agent configurations, tool calls, request volume, latency, and error logs generated as you build and run agents.
• Payment information — billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and timestamps collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
• Content you provide — prompts, documents, and other inputs you send to agents you configure, and the outputs those agents produce.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve the Service, including to:

• Provision your account, workspace, and API keys.
• Route requests to the model providers and tools you've configured.
• Monitor usage for billing, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
• Diagnose issues, maintain uptime, and improve performance.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With the model providers and tool integrations you explicitly connect to your agents, so that requests can be processed.
• With infrastructure and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RevSpinup, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described here.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, billing, and security purposes. Agent request logs are retained according to the retention window shown in your workspace settings and can be shortened or cleared on request.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can manage most account details directly from your dashboard, or contact us to make a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your data. See our Security page for more detail on our approach.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; see our Cookie Policy for specifics.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.
