Four steps, no infrastructure to manage.
Describe its role, pick a model, and set the instructions it should follow.
Toggle on web search, file processing, or connect an MCP server for custom capabilities.
Run real conversations against your agent before anything reaches production.
Ship via API or embed widget, then track usage, latency, and cost from one dashboard.
Start a conversation, send a message, read the reply. It is plain HTTPS with a bearer API key, so it works from any language.
# 1. Start a conversation with your agent
curl -X POST "$REV_API_URL/agents/AGENT_ID/conversations" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $REV_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{}'
# 2. Send a message (use the conversation id from step 1)
curl -X POST "$REV_API_URL/conversations/CONVERSATION_ID/messages" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $REV_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"content": "Summarize this ticket and suggest a priority."}'
import os, requests
BASE = os.environ["REV_API_URL"]
HEADERS = {"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['REV_API_KEY']}"}
# 1. Start a conversation
conv = requests.post(
f"{BASE}/agents/AGENT_ID/conversations", headers=HEADERS, json={}
).json()
# 2. Send a message
reply = requests.post(
f"{BASE}/conversations/{conv['id']}/messages",
headers=HEADERS,
json={"content": "Summarize this ticket and suggest a priority."},
)
print(reply.json())
const BASE = process.env.REV_API_URL;
const headers = {
Authorization: `Bearer ${process.env.REV_API_KEY}`,
"Content-Type": "application/json",
};
// 1. Start a conversation
const conv = await fetch(`${BASE}/agents/AGENT_ID/conversations`, {
method: "POST", headers, body: "{}",
}).then((r) => r.json());
// 2. Send a message
const reply = await fetch(`${BASE}/conversations/${conv.id}/messages`, {
method: "POST", headers,
body: JSON.stringify({ content: "Summarize this ticket and suggest a priority." }),
}).then((r) => r.json());
console.log(reply);
Set REV_API_URL to RevSpinup API address and replace AGENT_ID with the id of your active agent.

You can start for free: create agents, test them in the sandbox and call them by API. Each plan sets limits on active agents, multi-agent flows and monthly tokens. Drafts are unlimited on every plan. You can see your plan and usage in Settings, and upgrade when you need more.
Pick a model for each agent from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI, or enter a custom model ID to bring your own.
Switch on the built-in tools, add custom API or document tools, or connect an MCP server. You can attach any of them to a single agent or to a node in a multi-agent flow.
Yes. Invite teammates by email as Owner, Admin or Member. Each organization has its own agents, flows, members and API keys, and you can switch between organizations from the dashboard.
Create an API key in Settings, then send it as a bearer token. The example above shows the two calls: start a conversation, then send a message. The API reference in the docs covers every endpoint.
If you use up your monthly token quota, new runs pause and you are prompted to upgrade. If you reach your active-agent limit, the new agent stays saved as a draft until you free a slot or change plan.
